The 670,000-square-foot Class-A office campus has benefited by the execution of a multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan. The project sought to reinvigorate existing spaces and introduce new amenities to the campus.
Focusing on both exterior and interior gathering spaces, Glenpointe has undergone a transformation of interior common areas to create a variety of spaces with modern seating options and convenience including charging stations to enhance the tenant experience. Design fixtures and lighting throughout the complex have been upgraded, and a dedicated management and leasing office has been added. With the completion of The Green, Glenpointe offers a diverse mix of both outdoor and indoor gathering spaces for tenants and guests to enjoy.
